Registration and Hotel
The registration fee for delegates includes:
- Admission to the Scientific sessions and the Poster exhibitions
- Conference documentation
- Daily tea/coffee and lunches
- Conference Reception and dinner at the City Hall on Tuesday 9 November, 2010

The rates above are in SEK and including 25% VAT.
If payment is not received before the deadline dates, the late fees will automatically be charged.
Swedish tax legislation requires participants to pay their registration fee including Swedish VAT.
Confirmation
In order to receive confirmation of registration on e-mail, please make sure to indicate the e-mail address on the registration form!
Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment. More information regarding payment details is available under Payment.
Alterations and Name change
Alterations to your registration must be made in writing and sent to Congrex by e-mail nordicadaptation.registration@congrex.com, post or fax.
Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place.
An administration fee of SEK 300 will be charged.
Collection of Conference documents
All documents, and a name badge can be obtained from the On-site Conference Secretariat, open for the duration of the Conference.
Hotel Reservation
Hotel reservations can be made on the on-line registration form. The hotels are all situated in the city centre of Stockholm and the Conference venue is accessible with public transportation. All hotel rooms have private bath with shower or tub, telephone, television and breakfast facilities.
Hotel Oden ***
Hotel Oden is centrally located at Odenplan, in close proximity to all communications. The hotel offers a high degree of comfort and hospitality. There is a garage under the building with access to the other floors by lift. All rooms have been thoroughly redone, with carpets being replaced with parquet floors and the corridors have been fully renovated and repainted. All rooms have been fitted with air-condition system.
Clarion Collection Hotel Tapto
Clarion Collection Hotel Tapto is a personal and cosy hotel with high standard and an individual touch in central Stockholm, near the Stockholm Olympic Stadium. Shopping, restaurants and pleasure can be found within walking distance. The hotel is located two subway stops from the Central Station.
Except for the breakfast buffet all guests are served afternoon coffee/tea with homemade pastries and a complimentary evening buffet every day. There is a relax area where you can unwind in the sauna.

Hotel accommodation will be reserved and confirmed only when Congrex has received your full
pre-payment. For payment details, see further information under Payment.
Congrex reserves the right to book another hotel if the desired accommodation should be fully booked.
To ensure that the hotel reservation will be made as required, please note that full pre-payment is required upon reservation. All rooms are sold on a first-come-first-served basis. Room availability is guaranteed by Congrex until 1 September, 2010. After this deadline accommodation and rates will be confirmed according to availability.
The hotel reserves the right to charge you for all nights reserved on the registration form, should you check out before confirmed departure date or in case of no-show.
All reservations are handled by Congrex. Possible changes of your hotel reservation as well as cancellation must be made in writing to Congrex. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
Payment
Please indicate your name and the payment reference number 10151- (followed by your personal reference number) on all money transfers.
The Conference secretariat will not be responsible for identifying funds transferred directly into the account when the name of the participant or invoice number is not mentioned, nor will the Conference secretariat accept charges of bank fees associated with the transfer.
Payment should be made in advance by one of the following methods:

As from 3 weeks before the Conference we only accept credit card as payment.
We are not able to accept personal cheques, company cheques or Eurocheques.
Registrations, hotel reservations, tours and events will be confirmed when Congrex has received payment.

Admission to the Conference is granted only if Congrex has received the registration fee. Delegates, who have made late payments, should bring a proof of payment to the Conference. Failure to produce this on request gives Congrex the right to charge the amount to your credit card.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 13 September, 2010, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less SEK 500 for cancellation fee. For cancellations made after 13 September, 2010 we regret that no refunds can be made.
Cancellation of Hotel Reservation
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex. Cancellation of any hotel reservation will be accepted until 13 September, 2010, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation fee of SEK 500. We regret that no refunds can be made after 13 September, 2010.
If your reservation goes to no show i.e. you never cancelled or arrived at the hotel you will be charged for the total amount of your accommodation.
Full hotel pre-payment is required to guarantee your hotel reservation.
No room can be guaranteed until Congrex Sweden AB has received your hotel pre-payment.
If you are entitled to a refund please note that refunds will be made after the Conference has been completed.
